This was a huge makeover for our lovely clients Claire & Ian in Castle Hill, who were trying to sell, but the house desperately needed reviving.
We demolished and built 3 new timber decks, installed new cedar cladding, new french doors + entry doors, new privacy screens, a variety of remedial/repair works throughout the interior (termites + rot), bedroom transformation + new timber flooring, new internal timber linings and the list goes on! The house has since sold on the first open house and we are so happy for our wonderful clients.

Being an older style house with lots of decorative timberwork and trims, we are going to incorporate some of these details into the new structure to be in keeping with the rest of the house. We can't wait to see this one finished. #cc

90mm Spotted Gum decks, with custom stairs & planter boxes and lighting, Stainless Steel ballustrade, a Spotted Gum vertical privacy screen, plus a unique timbre louvre pergola that was designed and built by The Carpentry Company Sydney specifically to meet the clients needs, allowing loads of natural afternoon light in and blocking the harsh sun during the day. This was a major transformation for the entire outdoor area for this beautiful home

An outdoor entertainment area that has it all! We thoroughly enjoyed seeing this project in Curl Curl come together, we added a large pop up pergola, an outdoor fireplace with a TV and log storage/seating as well as frosted glass for privacy, a brand new outdoor kitchen, and an arrangement of spotted gum floating bench seats. #cc
